Q: How can I custom order something?

A: Take a look at my portfolio and get an idea of what you like, choose the font you like and the metal you want. If it's a necklace, also decide on the length that is right for you then head over to the custom order form and fill out all the information for your special piece.

Q: Can I get my jewellery wet?

​

A: P3 Stamped With Love uses high quality metals and it is safe for your 14K gold filled, 14K rose gold filled and stainless steel jewellery to get wet without rusting, tarnishing or turning your skin green. All the jewellery is lead and nickel free and safe for you, your children and your loved ones. It is not recommended to get your sterling silver jewellery wet as it will cause oxidization (darkening) more quickly. To keep your jewellery in the best possible condition, it is recommended to remove your pieces prior to exposure to harsh chemicals or hot tubs and swimming pools.

Q: How can I know the right length I need for a necklace?

​

A: Take a piece of non stretchy string or yarn and measure it around your neck to where you would like it to fall on your chest. Cut the excess off and then measure how long that string is in inches.

Q: I'm not sure what size ring I need.

​

A: If you have a ring that you already wear and fits you well, measure the inner diameter from edge to edge on a ruler and see how many mm it is.

If you don't have a ring that fits the finger you wish to wear it on then take a piece of non stretchy string or a strip of paper about 6" long and measure around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug but not too tight. Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps forming a circle. Measure the string/paper up to that point in millimetres.

A: Yes, at check out there is a free, contactless, local pickup in St. Catharines, Ontario. If you choose this option, you will be notified once your piece is ready with the instructions for local pick up.
